As the founders of Netzee, our mission is to empower small and medium business by helping them build sustainable local ventures. We want them to offer their best to the community, and in return, we, the people, support them by visiting their shops and experiencing their unique offerings. Sounds simple, right? Well, it’s a bit more complicated than that!

We have seen many businesses struggle due to dwindling customer engagement. New chains move in, customer connections fade, and without the time, money, or expertise to master social media and influencer marketing, they lose even more customers. To make matters worse, do you recall a time when you actually paid attention to the notice boards outside shops? It’s a tough landscape out there for local businesses trying to keep up with the competition.

Why can’t these businesses focus on what they do best (creating amazing food, products, and services) without worrying about losing their loyal customer base? Imagine not having to worry about constant Instagram engagements unless its absolutely necessary for their business.

It’s time to give these heroes a break and truly help them! At Netzee, we’re working hard to make this happen. We believe that no matter the size of your business, they should have an equal opportunity to build a healthy customer base without the pressure of spending time and money on social media unless they are trying to create a brand. We think Facebook groups and Instagram, TikTok for most businesses are just cute, not essential.

Local communities love their local businesses, and we, the people, do our best to empower them.
